Limitations to measurements is subject to all plans and details on plans provided. Deep excavation works or large-scale reinforcing bar (Steel schedules) will most likely not be achievable to quantify works

Clarifications prior and issuing the most recent plans is high recommended (this alleviates the costs of re measurements)
